A 45 minute training session with our Physical Therapists to enhance sports performance, reduce risk for injury, and to aid in general health and wellness. Great for any athlete or weekend warrior! Think of this as personal training by a licensed Physical Therapist.

New Mother Rebuilding
Being a new mom is hard enough! We want to help you rebuild your body and get back the hobbies you love. This is a 45 minute training session with our Physical Therapists to aid with postpartum recovery. Workouts are designed with the new mother in mind. Workouts can begin with physician clearance.
